For over 15 years, I worked in the medical system as a Certified Athletic Therapist, treating everyone from kids to Olympic athletes. But what I saw again and again were women just like you, doing all the “right” things: physio, chiro, massage, exercises, meds, supplements, diets - yet still stuck in pain.

I know that struggle personally. For years I lived with chronic migraines, IBS, and neck pain. I remember the frustration of being told “everything looks fine” on scans, or that it was just stress or being in perimenopause. Deep down, I feared my body was broken and that pain would be my new normal.

Discovering the mind-body connection changed everything. By retraining my brain and nervous system, I not only healed my own symptoms but have helped women finally feel safe in their bodies, trust themselves again, and get back to living fully.
